Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, ticket brokers, or resale websites cannot be verified by Legacy Studios. As a result, we are unable to refund, replace, or reissue lost, stolen, fraudulent, or invalid tickets purchased through unauthorized sources. Additionally, we cannot guarantee admission or provide important event updates—including schedule changes, venue information, or performance notifications—to individuals who purchase tickets outside of our official sales channels.
